Ajith and heera's love affair is well known to many of us. however it has all come to an end now. After their break it seems like ajit and baby shalini of "kathaluku mariyathai" have hooked up. During the filming of "Amarkalam" shalini and ajith's love affair has blosomed. During an interview with shalini she mentioned that they have marriage plans for next year with parents concent.

Now would u like to know what Shalini has to say about her love affair with ajith?

Q: How did love bloosom between you and Ajith?

A: During the making of "Amarkalam" directed by Saran, Ajith and i became very close. We were good friends at first then becane lovers.

A: It was Ajith that came up to me and said "I love you". I was very happy to hear this from him. However I do respect my parents and their opinion matters to me so i tolded my dad what happened

Cyber Fever Hits Tamil Stars

The Internet wave is slowly catching up with our Tamil stars. Initially we had Karthik, Arjun, Prabhu, S.V. Sheker and Suhasini as the people, who got entangled in the Web with their own home pages. Now there seems to be more and more victims of this cyber fever.

For example all in a sudden we have five more new home pages of our stars Vijayakanth, Vijay, Kushbhu, Meena and Laila as indicated below: Vijayakanth's Home page at http://www.indiadirect.com/captain/

Vijay's Home Page at http://www.ilayathalapathyvijay.com

Khushbu's Home Page at http://www.indiadirect.com/khushbu

Meena's Home Page at http://www.indiadirect.com/meena

Laila's Home Page at http://www.laila.net Among these sites, while the homepages of Vijayakanth, Kushbhu and Meena are hosted as mere subdirectories, both Vijay and Laila have the distinction of having their own domains. As far Vijay many of his fans are surprised at his preference to such a long name, which is very prone for typos. Speaking of Laila, she seems to be the most computer savvy of the lot. If you visit her home page, it might not look as professional as others. But unlike other sites developed and presented by ghost-developers, Laila’s site is totally original and you would be surprised to note the personal touch of Laila. Reportedly Laila the cute actress with enticing smile is so obsessed with computers that one can spot her with a laptop in her hand, even while she relaxes between her movie shots. Addendum: Soon after we had the above story on Star Homepages on-line, we received an E-mail from Anush Anand a fervent fan of Kausalya. In his mail Anush wanted us to mention here the URL of his site dedicated to Kauslaya. So to make Anush and many other Kausalya's fans happy, let me present below the URL of the first-ever homepage of Kausalya, maintained well by Anush.

http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Screen/7334

This site has picture galleries, Wallpapers and songs of Kausalya from her various movies. Interestingly it also has a Java-based game called Kausi-shuffle, a variation of the classic concentration game.

Vijay's Udhayaa

V Natarajan, known in film cicrles as Pyramid Natarajan, has launched
a new banner, Seethalaya, with Udaya starring teenage sensation Vjay and
`kanavu kanni' Simran, along with, hold your breath, TN Seshan, the former
chief election commissioner. N Alagam Perumal, a former associate of Mani
Ratnam, is the director, and AR Rahman the music director.

Speaking at the muhurat of Udaya, Natarajan said it was a long-cherished
dream to produce a film with Vijay. About Seshan's debut as an actor, Natarajan
said he was reluctant to take it up, unless it was a full-length role and
he had something important to do in the film. After hearing the story, he
readily agreed to do it. "No, he is not the villain, nor the father of the
hero or heroine," said Natarajan.

Perumal, like his guru Mani Ratnam, seems to prefer to speak in monosyllables.
All he would say about the film was that it deals with an ordinary youth
who becomes a journalist, and faces problems that every youth encounters.
Seshan plays the editor of the journal, and Simran plays Vijay's fiancee.

"To act in a film with music by Rahman is a dream come true," claims Vijay.
Incidentally, Rahman also scored the music for Natarajan's Sangamam and Rhythm.
Udaya has cinematography by Ravi K Chandran, editing by Suresh Urs, dialogue
by Suresh Urs and lyrics by Vairamuthu.

SILKS GHOST

When people went to Silk house to look
at it People heared a voice crying there
looked all over the place but there
was nothing there many beleave that that
is SILK'S ghost this is a true story

Rajni returns

Its been a while since we heard from Rajnikanth, but he's back. With Padaiyappa, under K S Ravikumar's direction. His heroines are Ramya Krishnan and Soundarya, though it was first supposed to be a Simran-starrer. Ramya, of course, is best known to Bollywood audiences as the moll in Subhash Ghai's Sunjay Dutt -starrer Khalnayak, and as the psychotic sister in Mahesh Bhatt's Chaahat, while Soundarya, like her co-star, is a bigger hit in Telugu than in Tamil. A rather amusing sidelight is that Ramya and Soundarya last starred together in Amman -- a Tamil film with a religious theme, which piggybacked on some out of this world special FX to superhit status in both Tamil and Telugu. In that film, Ramya plays the deity and Soundarya is the devotee. Here, both damsels will worship at the altar of the superstar.
